Crafted from our award winning sourdough starter, Sourdough Flakes and created right here in Ipswich over a decade ago, our sourdough pizza dough is fermented for up to 72 hours and ready to roll out and personalise with your own toppings.  

Pizzaiolo Tip: Dough can be kept frozen for up to 3 months. When ready, thaw in the refridgerator and use as per instructions.

Very good service to offer

I personally made a mistake over ordering and freezing the excess. Great results with the fresh and refrigerated but will avoid freezing. Freezing seems to retard the active yeast. I will be back.
